Blodgett’s 38″ Electric Convection Oven (Mark V-Single) is a full-size oven with a low cost of ownership that makes it a popular option. The oven is made from stainless steel with a full-angle iron frame and an aluminized fan for the most durable unit possible. Three tubular heaters within the oven create an evenly heated convection oven interior which circulates the compartment to cook foods thoroughly and quickly. A double-sided porcelainized baking compartment lines the interior and comes with 5 chrome-plated insert racks to ensure that you save money while getting a long and productive life out of your product.
